Denver Vapor

Blasting Services

Our Vapor Blasting process can help make your project like it just rolled off the assembly line. This process is excellent for motor builds, restorations, and even prep before coating.

The process uses combination of glass bead, air pressure, and water pressure combined in a special cabinet to remove those decades of corrosion and grime. The results will always amaze you. It is safe for aluminum, steel, plastic, rubber, and brass. It does not damage bearing surfaces but bearings and moving parts do need need to be removed prior to the vapor hone process.

Schedule a dropoff

We recently added a 2nd Vapor Blasting Setup specifically for heavy grit. With this addition to our existing 2 machines we are able to offer a greater range of services. Our new setup will remove paint, powder coat, and heavy corrosion. We also have a heated, high powered Parts washer that can remove the worst of grime, grease, and dirt before it even goes into the machine. We can help get your projects done no matter what you have. If it can fit in our cabinet, we can do it!

Make it stand out.

  • Carburetors

In addition to ultrasonic cleaning carbs we can also vapor hone them. It does require complete teardown but the end product is worth it when doing even a mild restoration job.

  • Engine Internals

Once a motor is disassembled we can remove the carbon build-up and make the outside look just as great. We are able to vapor blast just about any engine part that exists and make it have that new bike shine!

Almost any surface can be vapor blasted. the satin finish stands out the most on aluminum and brass and will leave rubber, plastic, and steel looking very clean. we recommend removing any bearings & seals prior to vapor blasting. questions about your project?
